Welcome to HighRollers ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our trading platform, indicators, signals, and related services (the "Service") operated by HighRollers.

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

A valid TradingView account and username is required for indicator access. You must provide your correct TradingView username during registration to receive indicator access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account. You may not share your account credentials with others.

All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your chosen plan. Payment is due immediately upon subscription or renewal.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of initial subscription.

Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of price changes before they take effect.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Share your account credentials or indicators with unauthorized parties
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our proprietary algorithms
• Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
• Engage in any activity that could harm or disrupt our services
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limitations
• Use automated systems to access our signals or indicators

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HighRollers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trading indicators, algorithms, and strategies are proprietary and confidential. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for your personal trading activities.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

Our signals and indicators are for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered as financial advice. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

We make no guarantees about the profitability or success of any trading strategy or signal provided through our Service.

In no event shall HighRollers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
